About Me

Thank you for visiting my website. I’m Jonathan and I’m Realtor and Real estate Broker . I was born and raised in Schaumburg, IL and have been here the majority of my life. I graduated from Loyola University in Chicago, IL with a Bachelor’s in Sciences.

Real estate has always been my passion.  I’ve always been fascinated with real estate and knew since I was young I’d become a Realtor. I’m also very talented with online marketing and web design. When I sell your home you get the best of both worlds. I will create a specialized online marketing and traditional marketing plan to help you achieve the best of both worlds. The more people that see your home the more likely it will sell.

I look at Real Estate differently than most Real Estate Brokers. Houses aren’t sold through listings in the newspaper anymore.  Now-a-days over 90% of houses are bought and sold using the power of the Internet. Doesn’t it make sense the your Realtor has a sophisticated knowledge of how to fully utilize the Internet to your benefit? 

Internet Marketing in Real Estate

There are many Realtors out there that will claim to “know” how to use the Internet to market your home. Most of them will just stick your house on their personal Facebook Page and tell their friends about this great house they are selling. Maybe they will list it on Zillow or Trulia. Start asking them detailed questions and their story quickly falls apart. A great saying is “Everyone can do Internet Marketing, but few do it well.” I pride myself in doing it well. Getting as may potential buyers to see your house as possible.

I can create a completely customized page for your home and drive targeted traffic straight to your page. I will list your property on every Real Estate Website and use blogs, ads, RSS feed, video, and social media. My philosophy: The more people seeing your house the more likely it will sell. 

Buyers can also greatly benefit from my approach.  If you plan to buy a home, I can set up customized searches that notify you when new MLS properties become available.  I keep you updated every step of the way through text, email, and of course phone call.  I am always available when you need me and will return your call within hours, never days.
